Data-Basics to Host Annual User Group Meeting - SAM Pro users get first-hand look at tips, updates and new product releases
CLEVELAND — July 26, 2011 — Data-Basics, Inc., a leading provider in facilities and service management software solutions, will host their annual User Group Meeting from September 25-27, 2011 in Cleveland, Ohio.
The Seminar will start with new features and what’s to come including a preview of the next version of SAMPro Enterprise, version 8. Breakout sessions will establish best practices and review new and under-utilized features to use SAM Pro to its maximum potential with sessions for beginners to advanced users.
Best practices include leveraging all of SAM Pro’s features from the Escalation Manager which tracks and minimizes potential problems to maximizing software tools to simplify daily tasks. Another showcased feature includes the TechAnywhere software which minimizes back office overhead.
Topic-based roundtable discussions will also be held to allow attendees to learn new procedures, share ideas and network within the service, construction and facilities management industries.

Meetings will be held at the Hyatt Regency in Cleveland, Ohio and activities will commence on Sunday night at Pickwick and Frolic for dinner and entertainment followed by a night cap at the Chocolate Martini Bar. Monday night dinner will be held at the Corner Alley, Cleveland’s premier bowling alley, restaurant and martini bar. This will give attendees the opportunity to meet the Data-Basics staff and to socialize with other SAM Pro users.
