Che Baird, President

In his role as Director of Sales & Marketing at RBRO Solutions, a leading DMS and iManage end-to-end solutions provider, Che played a pivotal role in driving the company’s success leading into the formation of CORA Legal Group. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Sales and Customer Success at Ackroo, a leading comprehensive loyalty marketing, gift card, payments, and point-of-sale solutions provider.

Che’s extensive background also includes being the Senior Director of Sales at Smooth Commerce, where he contributed to providing restaurants with online and mobile ordering, delivery, loyalty, and marketing solutions. His expertise extends to national business development for QSR/Retail Solutions at Panasonic Canada, where he established C-level connections and consistently exceeded sales targets. Che also served as Director of Technical Services at Frameworks (Alchemy), Senior Sales & Marketing Executive at Phoenix Systems, and Director Business Development at Quick Service Software Inc. His commitment to relationship-building, strategic partnerships, and continuous improvement aligns harmoniously with the values upheld at CORA Legal Group.

Tim J. Carcione, VP Sales & Marketing

Tim Carcione oversees the Sales and Marketing team at Data-Basics and is responsible identifying new markets and opportunities in the specialty contractor arena. Since joining Data-Basics in 1990, Tim has had roles in the Support, Professional Services and Product Development departments and is currently a member of Data-Basics’ leadership team.

Prior to joining Data-Basics, Tim had several roles in the manufacturing space and at one point was a customer of Data-Basics, hiring them to develop industry leading technologies to aid in the manufacturing and distribution of foundry equipment. He is a proud graduate of Michigan State University (Go Green!).
