Please join us for the UGM Virtual 2021 User Group Meeting! Though we are unable to welcome you to Cleveland in person, our staff and integrated software partners all look forward to learning more about you, your individual business needs and helping you best utilize SAMPro Software’s powerful components and customizable features via our 2021 virtual conference. We remain dedicated to providing you the best service possible, and hope to be able to hold our traditional conference with you again in Cleveland next September, 2022.

Our software is designed to give you the ability to do business from “Anywhere,” as well as to grow and adapt successfully to changes in the marketplace. UGM 2021 is free for any of your staff members to attend as a part of your company’s current support agreement with Data-Basics. Who Should Attend UGM?

UGM is a private event for SAMPro users and our integrated partners. Every year our staff and sponsors look forward to welcoming Owners, Financial Executives, Service & Project Managers, IT Administrators, Department Supervisors, Dispatchers and Executive Support Personnel to our traditional conference in Cleveland. For 2021, all breakout sessions and sponsor conferences will again be held via GoTo Meetings and all SAMPro users are welcome to register as a part of your company’s support contract.
